​Yes! Once your order is confirmed, we provide a bespoke technical drawing for approval before production begins.

​You can provide exact measurements for tap holes, basin cutouts and plumbing access. If ordering online, use the comments box at checkout. If you're working with a Design Advisor, you can email them the details directly.

Our made-to-measure vanities range from widths of 50cm (Mini model) up to 300cm for three-drawer configurations. Standard drawer heights start at 27cm, and units can be stacked up to three drawers high. If you need taller drawers, just contact us for a bespoke solution.

A vanity unit combines a cabinet and a vanity top – a seamless surface with an integrated or inset basin – creating a seamless, integrated look. The drawers are designed to fit neatly around plumbing for a streamlined, functional setup.

A countertop basin vanity has a solid top where a countertop basin sits on the surface. It includes discreet internal design features to accommodate plumbing.

Both options are fully customisable, allowing you to choose the exact basin size and placement.

Yes! Any vanity designed for a basin – whether a vanity unit or a countertop basin vanity – includes a siphon cutout as standard. For units with vertically stacked drawers, the cutout is in the top drawer, one per sink.

Yes, all our furniture is designed with the demands of the bathroom in mind. Corian® is non-porous, highly resistant to moisture and built to withstand everyday wear. Darker colours may show watermarks or scratches more easily and require extra care. Solid oak is treated with a premium wood protector to further enhance its natural resilience to moisture. Lacquered wood provides excellent humidity resistance and scratch protection when properly maintained.

Yes, you can order samples here to see and feel the finishes before making a decision.

 Pricing is based on the unit’s dimensions, material selection and any additional custom features.

Some premium finishes and extra customisation options may have an additional cost. Let us know your preferences, and we’ll provide a tailored quote.

Production typically takes 5 weeks, though lead times may vary depending on the complexity of your order.

Yes! We ship worldwide. Shipping costs and delivery times vary by destination, full details can be found here.

Each unit is meticulously packed in a robust wooden box and secured on a pallet for safe delivery, and we continually explore sustainable packaging solutions – so packaging details may evolve over time.

We strongly recommend inspecting all deliveries upon arrival. In the rare event of damage, please document the issue with photos and contact us at support@riluxa.com within 48 hours. For full details, see our Returns Process. 

The exact weight depends on the size and material of your vanity; we’ll confirm the weight once you’ve selected your model. Floating vanities require a solid wall – masonry or reinforced drywall – to support the unit (and basin, if present). If you're unsure whether your wall can handle the load, consult your local installer before purchase.

No, we don’t provide a local installation service, but we include a comprehensive installation guide and are always available to assist with any technical questions.

Yes. We’re happy to provide detailed technical plans and guidance from our Design Consultants to help ensure compatibility. However, for vanity tops not made by us, we can’t guarantee perfect compatibility. We recommend consulting your installer to ensure a seamless result.

Yes, all wall-mounted vanities include premium Italian-made, all-metal brackets, tested to support up to 100kg.

Our cabinets are designed with an open back for easy plumbing access. Standard drain height recommendations apply, but we advise consulting your installer for precise placement.

  • Corian®: Wipe with a damp cloth and mild cleaner for effortless maintenance. Its non-porous surface resists stains and is easy to keep pristine.
  • Wood (solid oak): Our solid oak furniture is treated with a protective oil finish. Dust regularly with a soft or slightly damp cloth and wipe up spills immediately. Avoid excess moisture, direct sunlight and harsh cleaners. Don’t use abrasive products, degreasers or strong solvents, as these affect the wood’s finish over time.
  • Classic (lacquered wood): Clean with a soft, damp cloth (microfibre or chamois) and dry immediately. For stains, use a microfiber cloth with warm water and mild soap. Avoid abrasive sponges, harsh chemicals or alcohol-based cleaners. Dust regularly to prevent micro-scratches.

Yes, absolutely. Our vanities allow for precise adjustments, both for aligning the cabinet to the wall and fine-tuning the positioning of the drawer fronts (horizontally and vertically), ensuring a perfect, seamless fit.
